Holding space for & witnessing women throughout their birthing journey has been incredibly empowering, no words could ever describe.

To truly see, both physically & spiritually, the raw instinctive wildness that is within the essence of every woman, within the heartbeat of the birthing mother & within the wisdoms share along the unseen red thread; to truly see these women, has transformed me as a woman, a mother & as a doula.

My offerings are so deeply aligned with my spiritual understandings of birth & our cyclical rhythms.

I feel very passionately that the time we share during the prenatal visits will prepare you to advocate for & to truly listen to your body, your baby & your birth.

As always, I understand that every family is unique, I am happy to discuss Bespoke package options to suit your lifestyle & your families desires throughout your birthing journey.

Embody, embrace & emerge with a deeper understanding of the sacred language of birth.

Our time together, as your doula, will include 4 prenatal ceremonies. These are within your sacred home

& 2 hours each ceremony.

Each Prenatal ceremony is completely bespoke to your needs, your experience & your desires

& will naturally flow intuitively.

These may included; reiki energy healing, manifesting your birth map &or plan, traditional & ancestral birthing practices, surrendering into pain, becoming familiar with your intuitive senses, birthing altar & ceremonies & soo much more.

I will be ‘on call’ for you from 37weeks till birth & complete devoted presence throughout your labour & birth, whether you are at home or within a hospital.

Discrete filming throughout & a beautifully edited story of your birth, if your labour & birth allows space for, I am your doula first & foremost.

After your birth, we will have 4 postnatal ceremonies together, again within you sacred home, 2hours each. These may include; Labour & birth debriefing & understanding, nutritious homemade meals, yoni steam & or ceremonial bath, Closing the bones & again so much more.

Throughout our time, as your doula, I offer continuous phone, text & email support, access to my library & resources, access & use of a TENS machine & ‘The Birth Sling’ & beautiful gifts from my heart to yours including your own sacred Rebozo.
